"We both appreciated that Blues Traveler was very gracious and seemed genuine. Some of the money from the proceeds would go to charity, which was a nice touch. Sure, every song was sung at full tilt, but both my wife and I were a little disappointed that the concert was only about an hour long from start to finish. I was expecting more than what he gave, considering his talent.
Perhaps he could do two 45 min. sets, or mix in some easier songs on his voice, or even do some acoustic versions. Maybe he could fill in with other songs, like he did with "Sweet Home Alabama". I realize the venue wasn't very large and he could probably sell out larger locations, but this was still the shortest concert I've experienced.
How about a warm-up band? Blues Traveler rocked hard."
